EGS14 purifier is a large flow ambient temperature purifier which is suitable for on-site temporary supply with the characteristics of long service life and cost efficiency.

EGS14-M can remove H₂O、O₂ 、H₂ 、CO、CO₂and NMHC to<1ppb.

Returned to the EGP factory for regeneration.
